Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen product based on the frequency you select (every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged before each shipment. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your next order is processed.

You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at evracode.com/account. Your order confirmation emails also contain links to manage your subscription.

Cancellations take effect immediately — you will not be charged for any future deliveries. Any order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no contracts.
