Shipping policy
UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Free shipping applies to all orders over £50 and to all subscription orders, regardless of order value.
Orders under £50 (excluding subscriptions) are charged a flat rate of £3.49 for standard tracked delivery.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, are dispatched on Monday morning.
You will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Track your delivery at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@evracode.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@evracode.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement to be dispatched within 24 hours at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We are planning to expand internationally — if you are outside the UK and would like to be notified when we launch in your region, please email hello@evracode.com.
Subscription Deliveries
Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as one-time purchases. Your card is charged before each shipment and you will receive an email reminder 3 days before processing.
Free shipping applies to all subscription orders regardless of order value.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at evracode.com/account.
