Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any EVRA CODE product.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email hello@evracode.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No return shipping is required — you do not need to send the product back.

This guarantee applies to your first order only. Subsequent orders are eligible for refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@evracode.com with photos of the damage or error. We will arrange a replacement to be dispatched within 24 hours at no cost to you.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at evracode.com/account. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. If you cancel before your next scheduled shipment, you will not be charged.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
